I went to the same corporate store and got 2 N10 and 2 N100 for $100. The guy tried to lie to me that I need pay $120 and set up auto pay to get the $100/4 lines deal and I said that was not correct. The guy just said "ohh, you know everything and you are like a boss" and proceeded with $100 cash.
I ported 2 numbers.

Funny thing: my friend went to the same exact store and the store not only said $120 with auto pay is required and that my friend could only get 2 N10 and 2 samsung A21, not 2 N100. My friend left with empty hands.
These stores are like shit.

TNX is Tmobile Network Experience. They swapped out the sprint sim with tmobile sim so the phone pickups tmobile network and not just sprint network. In my area, tmobile signal is stronger than sprint. It only took 10 minutes to swap out the sim.

I called the customer service and they insist that I have to go into the store in order to get the password. I tried all obvious combinations online and nothing worked so the salesperson in store set up a high security password that only he knows. Very strange.
it happened to me before. I called cs to reset the security key word. if you don't have the correct pin then u have to go back to store.

TMobile Network Experience, not to be confused with TNA Tmobile Network Access.
TNX will replace your Sprint card with R15 Tmobile sim.
It will not change your billing but you will be put on TMobile network. Some services will be lost like caller ID, but you will have different Tmobile services. Also there will be about $3 tax increase soon if you are on TMobile but there is a link that will be sent to your email to opt out of the tax increase, The increase will pay for some of the free Tmobile services offered. TNA will put you on a different plan.

I have two Kickstart $25 with unlimited on us on both plans and was able to get TNX. signal is definitely better, 91mbps Seattle area

I have Google Fi and when I tried to port, was told that they are T-Mobile numbers. If you are trying to port from Google Fi, you probably won't be able to.

Can you run the speedtest.net in n10 vs current Sprint SIM device?. IMO, n10 speed will be more.

sprint. by far.

but TM & metro signal are terrible for me.
want to stay with sprint as long as possible.
do not want to switch to TM
Wouldn't the signal be the same now, if not better since they bought Sprint, especially for their 5g and lte bands?

Dealing with Metro stores is such a pain in the @ss. Went in to port 2 Boost numbers today, and everything was fine until very end, where total was like $211. It included taxes and activation charges. I explained to rep that those shouldn't be charged, and he was adamant. Even told me to look at screen. The thing is, I really don't think he was being scummy; I just think he did it wrong. Is there a way to educate reps like this to do the deal? He was porting two numbers and starting two new ones, but I am wondering if there are two 4 for $100 plans and he was choosing the wrong one.
He may put the N10 on new lines which are not free and the cheaper phones on the port-in lines. N10 is only free on port-in lines.
He should have put the N10 on port-in lines.
