I went to the same corporate store and got 2 N10 and 2 N100 for $100. The guy tried to lie to me that I need pay $120 and set up auto pay to get the $100/4 lines deal and I said that was not correct. The guy just said "ohh, you know everything and you are like a boss" and proceeded with $100 cash.
I ported 2 numbers.

Funny thing: my friend went to the same exact store and the store not only said $120 with auto pay is required and that my friend could only get 2 N10 and 2 samsung A21, not 2 N100. My friend left with empty hands.
These stores are like shit.

add a new line or open new acct. transfer the new phone to your existing line. then port out (cancel) your new line.
Or see if your local metro stores have the N10 for $79 on upgrade (for existing customers). Some on this thread have reported that deal. If no stores have $79 deal nearby, you can do the port-in deal, where the N10 would fall off that new line after 60 days, and you can then call and have it added to your main line. Customer service might switch the phones in the 1st 30 days, worth a try.

Metro has changed their "deals" page! Looks like it is still Unlimited for $25 each for 4 lines. But now they are pushing Samsung Galaxy A01. Most phones are still free with Non-TMO port-in.

Zero fees to switch on select devices only. One free phone per porting line, excluding taxes. During congestion, heavy data users (>35GB/mo. for most plans) and customers choosing lower-prioritized plans may notice lower speeds & Metro customers may notice lower speeds vs. T-Mobile, due to data prioritization. Video streams at 480p. Unlimited on handset and on network only. No tethering. Rate plan requires 4 lines.

Is there an unlock app for a newly purchased Metro Iphone SE 2? And should it work with the 180 day drawer trick as well? Thanks in advance.

You may want to check Visible to see whether they have deal on iPhone SE again, their phone is unlocked on day one, after all the cash back, virtual card, party pay etc, you probably just pay a bit more and get an unlocked phone on day one that you can use on any provider.

That was my concern and figured it might be the case. Can I do it online to avoid the fee? I have an unlocked iPhone 11. Maybe that will work in its place.
You can try online. It works sometimes. I had to call CS, said the phone would not boot, and they placed my old phone on the line. They usually offer to drop the charge or you ask and they OK it. If they don't, call back and get another rep. You can also not pay and wait 61 days, or port the line out. These options will free up the N10 from the line/acct

I'll give it a shot and see what happens. I guess if I'm leaving it doesn't matter if they charge. They won't be paid next month anyways. Thanks.
