I got a bunch of these on clearance last year and saw them again while cruising through Walmart. I scanned them and low and behold they are on clearance again. We've had no issues with them and even though they are holiday themed you can use them year round. Less than 5 bucks for a 25 ft outdoor rated cord is pretty good if you ask me. As with all clearance your mileage may vary. Happy hunting.

Last year they also had shorter 12 ft cords that were holiday themed on clearance for about $2. I didn't see any at my store this year but keep an eye out for them also if you're interested.

What's that have to do with being outdoor etl rated ? It's mainly for Christmas lights with minimal draw

It's about current and since most newer lights are LEDs they are way less power hungry, wouldn't use it for power tools though especially ones over 8-9Amps draw, but interior or exterior difference is mainly about material used and thickness.

They were near the hardware section with the rest of the extension cords but on the very top shelf at my store. They also weren't marked as clearance but if you scan the barcode it showed the lower price.
