This is listed as used, but I have bought a bunch of stuff from this seller on recent Slick Deals and it's all been new. YMMV

I put this on my watch list last night and received an offer today for $169. YMMV

I think for (likely) new tools at this price it's pretty slick. Even at $199, a pretty good deal. Retail at Home Depot, etc. is $399.

Same^^ The tools were in open bags. Dont know if thats normal. They certainly look new. The batteries and charger were in a separate sealed bag that looks oem.

Was not sure about keeping this kit. Already have an oscillating tool and a much better ridgid drill with three 1.5ah batteries. May sell the dewalt osc tool and drill on CL...

Edit: <24 hours later, they offered $60 refund!! I said yes, and received the refund in minutes!!

Well... decided to sell the kit and sold it in 1 day for $250. Took advantage for the Ridgid free tool deal. Already own some Ridgid and the Atomic line just was not for me. Great deal though. The tools looked 100% new!
