For the future, one simple thing is to go to lenova and put in the number the OP provided.
82HS0003US .

14" FHD (1920x1080) IPS 250nits Glossy, 45% NTSC
It also tells you that the ram is soldered.

the screen registers 10 separate touches at the same time. An example... if you're using the touchscreen to play a piano app, multiple concurrent touches is required to play a chord.

this is different from a screen that may "sense" multiple touches on the screen, but calculates the average position of those touches.. and registers it as one touch at that averaged position.

On Lenovo website. Let Lenovo website detect your PC and serial number. It will then tell you how many days left on your warranty and offer both on-site repair or replacement in first year for less than $50 along with extended warranties by year. Say you add another year only instead of 3 or 5, you can still go back at the end of the extended year and add another if you want. Prices very reasonable.

Confused.

Request was for info regarding specs of screen,

Not specs of a sink,
Just cos he mistyped lenova instead of lenovo, doesn't mean you have to make a song and dance about it to get the spotlight. Start using your brains, ffs.

It means you are going to have to use a toe or a friend to trick the laptop.
Or tongue!

That sounds great, thanks for the information. Question : does it also let you add accidental damage protection?

Thanks, I remember when I tried to purchase a laptop direct from Lenovo, it was $39.
Dell is cheaper that way, only $30 ( even lesser on BF).

Never buy a Lenovo. Worst customer service ever. I even filed a complain with BBB yet it's not resolved. My Lenovo flex 14 touch screen only worked for 1 month. Replaced then failed again. Latest is dead TouchPad.8t was deliverd to their repair center on Dec 8th and still they can't locate it. Give million generic answers and avoid giving direct answer (call, chat, social media nothing works). Please read horror stories about them before you decide.
I have to agree. I bought the flex5 at Costco and the camera didn't work. Tech support couldn't help and they just told me to return it to Costco - which I did.

I had the same issue with the Touchpad not working (new from box) but the Repair Center service was great.

Hm. Unfortunately, Out of options now. Tried all possible ways.

Try filing with FTC.
https://www.ftc.gov/about-ftc

Or your state's Attorney General.

Watch them dance.
You will get executive treatment. These get to the company's executive team. No company wants a government audit.

I had a tech issue with Sprint.
They could not activate my Sprint phone.
Tech support would not do anything...even Level II.
Got the runaround for WEEKS and told that the phone was off their network.

I filed a case with the FCC.
Got the executive call next day.
Amazing how my phone was activated within a week.
I guess the executive team "knew" someone in the company who got past the bullsh!t. HA HA.

Ok. So I look at SD 5x a day, and lately looking for a 2 in 1. I always reading comments about nits, ram, gigabytes, soldered memory, etc., etc.. I have no problem with it, but for folks like me, I hardly understand any of that, and am actually just looking for a great deal, not something I'm going to transform into an ATV. Sometimes you guys/gals who know all of this, it'd be nice just to hear "this is a great deal" or "toxic buy, stay away". Your knowledgeable opinion would absolutely be appreciated. Thanks.

IMO, this is a solid deal and I've been shopping for a 2 in 1 laptop since Black Friday. 12GB and 512 SSD is a great deal for under $600. The reviews on Amazon for a comparable Lenovo model with an AMD processor and 16 GB DDR4 was close to a 5 star. That model was priced for $800.

For me personally I have been looking for over 8gb of RAM as I think it will stand the test of time longer. I wouldn't mind buying 8gb if I can upgrade it on my own later. But most of these laptops I have looked at have soldered RAM at which point I look to see if I can increase it from the manufacturer and keep a good deal.
how do you find if the RAM is soldered or not ?
