Try Credit Karma Tax software as well. Its free and works well.

Credit Karma Tax—is it really free?
Yes! Credit Karma Tax is always 100% free. It's $0 to file both state and federal tax returns. Even if you're taking deductions or credits, it won't cost you a penny, ever.
Free Tax USA is also another free federal tax software

Thanks OP!
Free = $0 (!)
Deluxe = $40 rather than $60 (state additional)
Premier = $70 rather than $90 (state additional)
Self-Employed = $90 rather than $120 (state additional)
I wouldn't doubt if the other savings (to make up $100) was buried in one of their other products, like the professional reviews or whatever.
Code does appear to be unique.... a jumble of letters/numbers.
I'm not ready to file by a long shot, so don't wait on me for an update, but methinks that you can get better deals elsewhere.

When I called in the rep, who was friendly, said they don't really apply coupon codes and often companies like Lowes would provide a link to their own site. So friendly, but not helpful.
If you can elaborate on how they did it for you perhaps I'll have some luck in calling again and walking them through it.
Edit: Never mind. It is on File page. I have a service code and it got applied succesfully.
Note that I think you have to register the card in "Lowe's For Pros Loyalty Program" in order to get the code.

The main thing with these business accounts is better visibility on spend for expense tracking and end of year invoicing. I believe you also get a little pricing concession, around ~15% off some items' ticketed prices and well as bulk discounts.
EDIT: finally managed to get through by just repeated calls and trying different options

fyi, you can pay for Turbotax now and file later. Go to print center to get pay now option.
Did you give them your code over the phone, and they then send you a temporary download link? Or maybe a link you could share, or am I asking too much?
Or did the code from Lowes activate the desktop version once you had downloaded?
Bottom line: I've got the codes from Lowes, but would also much prefer the desktop version.

Worked great!
*I had to call Intuit to 'jump start' this step but am not sure it was required. While on the call, the CSR also stated that converting to the downloadable product would make my TT Online purchase (i.e., the initial filing) invalid.
Hope this helps!

Wondering what info they send back to Lowes if you do use the link / coupon.
