Great 85"/86" 4K TV deals? - this year just "meh" deals?

I thought usually around this time of the year you find deals that beat Black Friday even... but this year for 85"/86" I do not find anything exciting?
Best Buy had an entry level LED for $1000 (HiSense) a few days ago - but the mid/higher tiers - there is nothing that is really cheaper than deals of last summer it seems to me - half a product generation ago with CES having run it's course.

Am I missing anything? Did y'all find anything interesting?

If you find a deal on a "2020" model you may want to get it. All the cool (actual new tech) 2021's announced at CES are crazy expensive.

The issue is I do not find what I consider a good deal. Seems deals are the same price like last summer's deal prices. Costco has approximately their Black Friday price on the LG again, but besides of that, everything else I see anywhere (Samsung, Vizio, Sony) seems to have been cheaper before.

Yep...no deals on 2020 Models.
I'm ready to buy a Samsung Q80T 85" Model but not at current prices.

I meanwhile jumped on the Vizio PQX P85QX-H1 deal:

Not sure why the thread is downvoted - not a killer-deal, but a decent price it seems.
