Few days ago , same card had "5% cash back on grocery store purchases (not including Target or Walmart purchases) on up to $12,000 spent in your first year of account opening"
I have two Freedoms and a Freedom Unlimited. Can I get this card and the signup bonus?

I applied but got email saying under review. Called in and talk to a rep. Turned out they just need to very some info. Got approved after verification. Said it will take 2 weeks for card to arrive. I mentioned there is something I need to buy that will not be available in 2 weeks. I want to take advantage of the cash back offer. They changed it to expedite and said I should receive the card in 2 days.
This is not true, you can certainly apply and if you get approved for more than one card get the $200 or corresponding sign up bonus for each one, keep in min Chase 5/24 and 2/30 rules still apply for every card you try to obtain with them
What is "min Chase 5/24 and 2/30 rules", would you please explain, please.
Does this require a credit score? I am new over here in the United States.
You probably need some kind of credit to get approved. If you been banking with Chase for a while, they might waive it. Look for "already approved" offers in your account. For starters, look into secured credit cards. If you're a student, try applying for the Discover IT Student Cash Back card.
Yes, you should be able to product change, but I don't recommend it because you won't get the sign up bonus (which is currently 60K Ultimate Rewards points, but has been as high as 100K). In two years, I'll product change my Preferred to a no annual fee card, and apply for either another Preferred or a Reserve (depending on if I'll want to go big on International travel) to take advantage of another big Sapphire sign up bonus. Hopefully that helps!
If you product change to the preferred no annual fee card, then later try to apply for either of the other preferred cards you will be denied because you already have a card from the preferred family. I know because it happened to me.

Yes, that's why I recommended product changing to a no annual fee card like the Slate or one of the Freedoms. You can only have one "Sapphire" card at a time. That's a bummer that you were denied for that reason. Thank you for sharing your experience. Lesson learned!

5/24: Chase will deny your application if your credit report shows 5 new credit card accounts within the last 24 months
2/30: Chase will deny your application if your credit report shows 2 new credit card accounts within the last 30 days
I got mine in a week.

I think "freedom flex" is a cash back card, while "freedom" is a points card.
