Personally, I buy this one [walmart.com] with other items for free delivery at $35 ----often delivered next day. Sometimes, Staples has a deal, but have not seen any lately.
Need a roll extender for mega rolls? Charmin has you covered for free [aerofulfillment.com]. It would be up to you to give an accurate birth date and/or just use an initial for first name with a throwaway email account.
With S&S it is $16.61 or $0.92 per mega roll.
This posted deal is $0.99 per mega roll.

I just priced out materials for a new house to start this Spring and all in, I am expecting a 30% increase over a year ago. So, buy and forecast materials now, or wait and maybe pay more?
You may very well find that even this price will sound cheap next year. If you have an Aldi close by, there are plenty of articles out there for quality at a cheaper price from their various grades and sizes. You don't want to be in the position that people in Venezuela and elsewhere are, where a roll of TP is worth a day's wages.
