"German Nivea ends in an ingredient called CINNAMYL ALCOHOL.
In my experience, German Nivea is firmer in texture and has more thickness, but only slightly.
It has a pleasant smell that reminds me of citrus mixed with a vintage-smell type of flower, like rose or lavender. It quickly absorbs into my skin and leaves it soft and smooth.
