Update: The form I got once I registered the rebate had this specific text:
Limit two rebate card(s) per qualifying purchase per unique product. Limit two rebate card(s), 40 dollars per household.
Just remember to send one rebate per envelope.
Newegg has this deal active again.
Enermax wired earbuds are free after $15 rebate. Last time it was limit one rebate per customer. But this time rebate says Limit 1 rebate per product type from eligible products per promotion, up to 2 rebates per person . Careful with the limits though if you buy the $2AR bluetooth speakers. They both share the same rebate form as this one.
Rebate is good through 12/30.
So you might be able to get one of each if you don't grab the bluetooth speakers? Looks like limit one speaker and limit one headphone.

SR71 had 1 per product for the 3 other Enermax items in this recent thread.
Weird about them saying "Limit one rebate submission per envelope unless
otherwise stated" -- so separate envelopes if buying 2 items (say 2 earphones)?
Edit: prices seem to have gone up and out of stock.
