Do you think the 65" unit will sell out at this price point ($1999)? The 77" sold out pretty quickly when it went on sale for $2999. I'm debating on if I should wait a tad longer or not.

The 65" is cheaper on Amazon right now ($1950), not sure why it would sell out here.
Gah. Mad I missed out on the 77" for the living room where I haven't upgraded my TV since 2014. Is it worth settling for the 65" or is that the FOMO talking? I planned on building a home theater with a projector anyways.
Good deal OP, might want to put "military only" in the title though.
Yeah almost tempted since even cheaper than not only the 48" but the lower end 55 BX OLED LOL
Currently using 2 43" TV's in my PC setup so smaller 48" make more sense to replace one then again heard there is supposed to be 40" OLED this year so might as well wait a bit longer.
Just checked and still plenty in stock so guessing price still not low enough for lotta people including myself to bite
You mean the Extreme YMMV one at Sam's. Lol. I'm talking dropping to a price that's readily available and not YMMV, refurbished or open box.
Yeah if u wanna wait for the 2021 LG OLED's to come out I"m sure you might see sub $1000 deals since I remember quite a few postings here when the CX came out people getting the older C9 brand new for around $900.

Well that's a crap shoot. Just stating these won't drop to 1000 lower as a normal price.
hey guys, I cant get from this site but just had a question. Is it an awful time to buy a LG OLED right now since the new ones have been announced? I just moved to a new apartment and I'm looking at the CX as I just bought the BX kind of on a whim and didnt do enough research. Costco has it at 1949 with the all state warranty included so it would be covered for 7 years total. I cant really wait but just was wondering if you expect this to drop dramatically soon. thanks!

If you watch a lot of hdr content I'd get the cx, the peak brightness is considerably brighter.
You should also research products on your own before you buy them. There's plenty of information and anecdotal experience with these panels out there. R/oled, Avs forum etc.

Check your local exchange. They probably have a couple in stock or call and ask on the electronic department if they have it.
