My daughter has a Playstation 4 and mostly plays Grand Theft Auto V online. I've played it some and thought it might be fun to play together when she's at college. So I bought GTA V for PC, which includes online. I'm using Steam, if that matters. What do I need to buy in order to "team up" with her in GTA V? I can't seem to be able to add her as a friend. Do I need to pay for Playstation Plus?

A quick google search indicates that there are games that are 'cross-platform' supported but GTA doesn't appear to be one of them, so I think you're out of luck.
Alternatively, you can get your daughter a ps4 pro and use her old system (for the money involved, this is like a bonus gift for her since teaming up is the real thing). Like I said, DM me and I'm v happy to chat.
It doesn't really matter if I won't be able to meet up with her on GTA since we're connecting on different platforms. The whole point of me buying GTA was to play together with her once in a while.
