I see you noted TouchID in the power button as a benefit to the Air. However, FaceID is amazing on the iPad Pro and you're typically not wearing a mask like you are when you're out with your phone.

It's drastically better than my phone's FaceID, sees me from much further away, notices me or my spouse's face immediately, and works in portrait or landscape. I got the magic keyboard and would hate to have to TouchID the power button every time I want to login.

When one way to do it (FaceID) is drastically better than the other way (TouchID) and it would cost more to have both.

i was able to pricematch to target and got 5% redcard discount. Any advantage of going the costco route?

I ordered the gray model yesterday and order got canceled this morning even though it still shows on Costco website. I went ahead and placed an order for a silver model, will see if this one goes through. I'm buying from Costco due to their 90 day return policy. A new iPad Pro will be debut in March, it'll give me the option to upgrade and return this one.

90 day return policy at Costco . Good options as the new pro model is rumored to come out soon.

Additionally Apple care is $30 cheaper at Costco
