Love these headphones, comfortable, phenomenal build quality and sound quality at this price point is really good, not a heavy on bass but very nice detail and clarity, especially for $60.

You should watch that video again, he says the quality is good for the price. I'm holding them in my hand now and no its not all plastic. In fact there is almost no plastic on it besides the earcups and that is made out of an unusually dense plastic that doesn't even feel like plastic, it was more difficult to grind than normal plastic when I dremeled the jack hole.
Out of all my headphones including the $300 Sony MDR-1am2, this by far has the best build quality.
The earpads on these are about the same size as the Brainwaves HM5 pads but a little deeper. I have very large ears and my ears on touch a little on the bottom. Unless you're a gargoyle, these will fit over your ear.
