BRC has a terrible reputation in Denver for abysmal customer service. Avoid.
Now, about Adidas trail running shoes: I bought some to wear on a half-marathon trail race in Bend, OR. They were the worst trail running shoes I've ever worn. I left with hip and knee pain, calluses - something I've never experienced over my years trail running throughout Colorado. They're constructed more like hiking shoes, though marketed as trail runners.

I tried the 15% new customer one and it didn't work. Still a good deal at $60 shipped for gore Tex trail shoes!
My Brooks gore Tex trail shoes are worn out so this was quite timely.
Yes! They also charge for returns
Absolutely true... customer service sucks, and nonexistant, rude as F if you can get a hold of them

Exactly. I made a ton of purchases through them last year before I knew how bad they were. They still owe me nearly $400 in "Edge Rewards" that were never credited to my account. It's not uncommon to receive damaged items or incorrect items or items that don't match the description/pictures. They cut off their phone lines since last March and if you get them to respond by email they are rude. I've been lied to countless times by them. Last year I had to dispute numerous charges with them to get my money back. They run amazing deals sometimes but it's not even worth the hassles, trust me. I just want my reward money from them so I can use it and be done. They've lied to me about my rewards since July 2020.
