Ideas for parents of babies/ young toddlers:

1. Make a book of "visual routine" for kids having tough time with transition or in general help understanding the flow of their day. Photos of toothbrush, milk, drive to daycare whatever.

2. Close up of important family members especially those who stay away or not that frequent with video calls. So babies can know family better.

3. Books with animal / transportation / dinosaurs / fruits / vegetables etc photos. Customized learning for under a buck. My kiddo loves trucks, am sure he would love to see all kinds of them in a book!

Talking to them now but they are refusing to honor the price.

Well I escalated to the next level and they honored it by applying a $10 credit, well the previous guy could only give me $2 credit and left it so I actually got it for free. So I went from one guy saying he cant give me the book for only $1 to actually getting it for free. LMAO

They wont honor, called and they are now talking about T&C where it states that it Valid only on regular prices items.

Website updated and it now shows Regular price of 19.98$

That's not right. I spent hours putting this book together because the interface is awful - totally different than making a regular book. BTW, just got a 99pg 8x11 book for $9.79 with a book coupon and unlimited pages, so def not spending $13 fof a 6x6 book. The agents much be taking heat because the chat is offline.

Looks like they caught on to this deal and took steps to offset it unfortunately.

YMMV if you talk to customer service. One told me the 6x6 is still $10 after the SAVINGS code (yes, but I wanted the $10 book - $10 SAVINGS coupon). Another one honored the original deal.

Took 2 chat agents, first one took off about $1.3 or something like that, escalated and still refused. Figured I'd try again and a second chat agent gave me $10 credit with no fuss... Ymmv
