Picked up the hytek but taking it back. Didn't find it that comfortable, felt like the lumbar support was more painful than helpful. As others mentioned if you are tall and long torso, headrest will be meaningless.

For WFH where you're sitting 2+ hours at a time, I no longer recommend any seats from Office supply company. Been through 2 set of chairs and they have been terrible in design quality, material, and long term comfort.

Quality chairs are definitely a "cry once" purchase. Automonous ErgoChair 2 is the alternative closest to Herman Chair without breaking the bank for me.

I feel the same. Now iam torn if I should give it back or iam just not used to have this much back support. I bought two, please tell me how hard was it to return the product.

I picked up a TP-9000 last week and have been enjoying it so far. Delivery took an extra day over what was shown at check out, which wasn't too big of a deal. I expect to be using this as a daily home office chair for the next few months and then likely two days a week once we start going back to the office whenever that happens.

Got the 9000 last week on the stackables. Finally put it together last night. Instructions took some staring at, but it got done. Screws were tight so I employed the power drill. Seems good so far.

Agree. The lumbar support was just digging into my back and was just plain uncomfortable if not painful, so I just removed it. It's about 5 mins worth of work to dismantle the back, but feels much better without the lumbar support

which one do you all recommend? i'm short and suffer from back pain. I know this is not a fix for but since i'm working from hell it will help. almost grabbed the hyken on the last deal but made up my mind too late
