    Those brushed Henley's are pretty nice, actually. Definitely better quality than walmart. Sizing is a touch snug.

    lot of this stuff (mens) looks as if you could pick up at a goodwill or even a goodwill outlet

    I can attest to what everyone's saying: buyer beware. Some stuff is okay (not great bc original BR is great) and at times you get what you pay for. I have a few sweaters that have lasted and not shrunk and they do fine. What I really stocked up on last time there was a sale like this was the v neck shirts. I like thin and light shirts, the softer the better. The ones I got work well and I just ordered 3 more at $8 a piece. For that price it's def worth it and if it goes bad in a few months then meh it was only $8. You can always return after receiving item if you don't like how it feels

    I actually have this product, which I ordered within the past month. Honestly, it is a solid pull over and perfect for working from home. It is a little thin, so if temps are in the 30s or there is some wind, you might want to pair it with a jacket. But for this price, it looks and feels great. I think it's a solid buy.

    Quality and size is a hit and miss depending on the item. I had a puff jacket that was way too small up top and way too big and wide on the bottom. Can't be too bad for the right price.

    Banana Republic Factory is tough because I love how so many of the things fit, but longevity is not really a thing you can expect. One of my favorite pair of pants was a slim fit shark gray trouser that I got for like $15 there.

    They couldn't have fit in a more flattering, fantastic way and they were surprisingly good quality. They were great with boots and a sweater for a bar night (lol remember bars) or just a nice restaurant where a coat and tie would be too much. I managed to get a maybe two dozen wears out of them over the course of a year or two before the crotch seam split, followed very shortly by the outer seam right where the leg seam and waist seam met. I felt like an asshole taking them to my tailor considering the guy has tailored $1000+ suits and dinner jackets for me but once you find something that fits that well and is that flattering, you have to hang with it.

    Sadly, I could never find them again at either the factory outlet or online and I'd be wary of buying online anyway considering how wide the size ranges are. Had I found them again, I'd have bought 10 pairs.

    Sweaters and shirts, on the other hand, I have never once had success with at Banana Republic (Factory or otherwise). I'm 5'11", 170, take a 40R jacket and have a 34 true waist size, so closer to 30-31 in most off the shelf brands and it did not matter what size I got for sweaters, they were MASSIVE. Even a slim fit small wore like a parka. Slim fit button down shirts are the same way, medium is too big, small is too small. I am not muscular by any stretch of the word and I just couldn't get it to work. I had hoped a medium would wash down like half a size, but oddly it washed down like a full size in the sleeves where it actually fit and barely washed down a size at all in the body. YMMV, obviously, but I stopped trying with shirts and sweaters.

    My kingdom for 500 pairs of those pants though.

    All clothes shrink if you don't wash it properly. Wash cold, hang dry, problem solved.
