Both are the remastered versions with the fixed color grading, so you can finally watch them all the way through without noticing the jump in tone (though the crappy 48fps is present in this version).
Watching all the extended versions via streaming will eat up about half a month's worth of a Comcast data cap and that's with extra compression that makes it look worse, so this is one reason to go for the physical release.
