Looks like it's while supplies last. Some of the gloves are only available in odd sizes, so I am guessing they are trying to get rid of old inventory.

From the reviews i saw 'size up' on the size. But I would call a Dainese store or another store(CycleGear) that has it about the inseam/length. If you have a store nearby, I would suggest to go check there to be sure about the fit/length.
