Blops Cold War - Series X upgrade?

OK, so I bought the Cold War standard edition for Xbox 1 back whenever because I did not anticipate buying a next gen console right away. I understand that the Standard edition did not include a series X upgrade, because the cross Gen bundle was meant for that. I eventually do buy a series X and play COD on it, everything is fine. Today I boot it up and it gives me a popup claiming that I can download the Series X version, but I cannot seem to figure out how.
Did they unlock the Series X upgrade for standard edition noobs like me? If so, how do I claim it?
