Have anyone tried to trade in a different phone but with the same trade-in value? I originally wanted to trade in my Note 10 Plus and submitted the order, but then realized I could trade in the S10e instead and receive the exact same promotional value.

I could just redo the order but wanted to see if its possible to just 'switch' the trade-in phone.

you cannot switch the trade-in phone if you send any other phone except the one you put in your order they would reject the trade-in. if you can cancel & reorder please do that, because that is the best way to be problem free.

I have a$145 promocredit from my botched galaxy active 2 order last year. Which expires on the 18th. If I trade in my current s8+, I can only get the phone and watch combo down to $899, is this lowest or am I missing something?

There's a reference code. Takes a few dollars off. Plus a cash back website that starts with a R. It was 10%

I am not seeing the 45mm watch you guys are talking about.. Just 41mm and 40mm.
There isn't really much difference you can do when you have to click through rak10 to get the cashback?

Doesn't look right unless you are buying higher memory option.

Hi all, an iPhone user here looking to change to Galaxy. Is this a better deal to get this Note 20 Ultra than S21 Ultra? Seems like S21 Ultra is newer and better except missing the pen, so I'm genuinely curious. Could someone help me understand why everyone's running for the Note Ultra not S21 Ultra?? The promotion seems to be same on both phones.

how were you able to do it? what browser/mode etc were you using?
I'm on a Mac, my initial tries were on the chrome browser which showed all the discounts incl student discounts. I left the cart for maybe an hr and then it auto refreshed and took out the student discount and would not reapply no matter what I tried. I opened the Safari browser set up a new Samsung account with new email and added the deal and it applied the student discount as well....I'm hoping they don't ask to verify with a .edu email.

It's really a personal choice. I've been a NOTE user since the first version and love the S Pen functionality. The new S21 Ultra is compatible with the S Pen as well but must be purchased separately. Since you are coming from IOS and have not used the S Pen ever, its really upto you...the Note has a slightly larger screen, the S21 Ultra has a newer camera.nod

There are a ton if videos like Cnet does a big review on both and she used them both for a week in real world application. The big takeaways for me that sold me on the Note vs S21 was:

SD card on note- not on any of the other phones. Only available version was 128GB on VZW so this is a dealbreaker- I have a 512GB card so that is good.

Note has the Magnetic tech for payments where it works on about any card reader whereas the other only uses NFC.

Smaller battery by 500ma but she said it lasted longer

Better Gorilla glass but this may not make much diff- They drop tested face down from 6ft over ten times and neither had a scratch.

* forgot to mention- The S21 doesn't come with a charger, or pen (additional costs)- and no pen slot for it. It also was over $100 more when I processed it through the the same trade in.

The only thing I would have considered the S21 for was better images at 50x zoom I think it was. But realistically would probably never be using that.

The other stuff was just too important to pass for me.

I just placed an order for the Note 20 Ultra. I've been a longtime Note user, and love the S-Pen. Considered the S21 Ultra, but knew I'd lose the S-Pen in that scenario. Additionally, the Note 20 still supports MicroSD whereas the S21 does not.

The only real upgrade the 21 provides is the camera, but it wasn't enough of an improvement to sway my decision.
