Under account profile, I see option to link Google email account. I did and when i login using google account, it logs me to workplace account.
I no longer work for that place so wondering if I can still login to EPP account and place order. However I am unsure, if I will be able to get email to my personal account instead work email for my purchase?
Also, when you place the order use your updated email(may be personal gmail one) for communications.

The Note 20 Ultra supports an adaptive high refresh rate screen; the regular Note 20 does not. On a spec level, Samsung does get to claim to be at the very top of the Android heap — at least for the time being. It has a massive 6.9-inch 1440p OLED display capable of refreshing at 120Hz.

But the S21 Ultra supports the highest WQHD Plus (1440p) resolution in 120Hz while the Note 20 Ultra only supports full HD (1080p) with the adaptive refresh rate. To get the highest resolution on the Note 20 Ultra, you'll need to drop to 60Hz or the standard refresh rate.

Update: they "escalated" my cancelation request. They would not cancel it immediately. This, with an expected delivery date of March 1st and their excuse for me not being able to cancel is because the order is already in process. I then received a vague email that says "cleared escalation". My order still appears as in process on my account.
I spoke to another representative as I have a screen shot of my order including the gear3 watch. They um'd and awe'd and then said their website must be glitching and that the watch is out of stock despite it letting you buy it. I can still go there and put the order in my cart with the watch.
So, their website will allow you to believe you are buying one thing and then they will swap it out with a store credit and not let you easily cancel the order. I sent them a screenshot of the order and said either honor the order or cancel it. I haven't heard back and their customer service wait time right now is over an hour.
