Has anyone shipped? My estimated delivery date is tomorrow but not shipped yet...
Same here, I assume it's snow delays (my last Samsung phone shipped from Texas)

Question for sending in trade-ins...do I need to send in my charger as well OR just the phone itself?

Got a $200 trade-in for my cracked old Note 9 so quite happy (along with my healthcare discount).

Since the Note 20 doesn't come with the charging block, can I use my current one off the Note 9?
you only need to send the phone, there are faq for trade-in on samsung.com https://order-help.us.samsung.com...ry=tradein

Anyone have an idea why these companies do trade-ins with older phones? Basically my question is I'm sure there is no use for the old phones so why not just give a discount? Or do they use the old phones for something other then recycle?

There are a lot of uses, there is a huge market of pre-owned devices.
And at worst they can recycle components.

I really wanted this, but after digging deeper, the ESIM is disabled and dual sim (which was advertised) doesn't work. Since I needed it for work (so I don't carry 2 phones), I went and canceled it.

To quote others from XDA and Reddit, don't expect Samsung to push a firmware update to give you anything for free (esim and 120hz)

How are you getting the $600 amount? With s8 trade in I'm getting $786.
They swapped out my watch for a $150 store credit and claimed the watch was out of stock. They wont let me cancel because they say it is already in process. I escalated my cancel request to honor my screen shot or cancel the order. The subtotal with an S8 trade in and the Galaxy Watch 3 was $796.24. They said their website must be glitching or something. So, beware, they will try to stick you with a $150 store credit and an inability to cancel because the order is in process. Their website is a hotmess

Just realized I checked out with a "cracked screen" trade-in, but my trade is in perfect condition. I clicked on the cracked screen option to see the difference and forgot to switch back. Anyone know if there's a way to switch to the full trade value after the fact? It's too late to cancel.

I have two samsung accounts.
1. Regular account with accumulated points.
2. Recently I created EPP account.

I would like to order Note 20 ultra using EPP account.

Any suggestions how to transfer my points from my regular to EPP account.

Idk man I been on the edge about this deal with my s10+. Could sell my galaxy watch also for like 125. I just can't seem to fathom paying almost 1k for a phone that'll be obsolete in 3 years when my s10+ is pretty damn great.

120 Hz at FHD+
60 Hz at WQHD+
