me too, not happy to find this out 5 days after order and on day it was supposed to arrive. going to chat to see what they are willing to offer. i might have screwed myself earlier this week when i took a $50 coupon that they offered me (wasnt even looking or a discount) when i was considering canceling and reordering because the 45mm watch was back in stock.

Positive is that you have more time to PM.

I can't add 45mm watch to the same order as the phone. After selecting the phone + trade-in device, on the accessories page, I only see 41mm watch that I can add...but if I go to a diff page to add 45mm watch, it adds the watch by itself to the cart. Anyway to maneuver it? Thx

I did a chat and after being a bit persistent about wanting to cancel they relented and offered me the 10% off my order which i accepted. I was told though that they can't apply the 10% discount until the order arrives at my house. only then do I need to do a new order support chat and reference the CHAT id number i just did to get the 10% discount applied. is that how it works? figured they'd just apply it to the existing order today.

Yes, that's how they did it for me. When I contacted them back they tried to just give me a $50 store credit but I refused and eventually they did as promised

chat/called with Samsung sadly no discount they just said they would "expedite" the delivery and hope it arrives by the 23rd... I wasn't pushy though, I just said I'd like to cancel the delay to the 28th was way too long for me. If delivery isn't sent out on the 22nd I'll call again and give it another try.

The Ed discount and Referral Discount can be combined. I don't know about the employee discount. The price match is refunded to your credit card, and you will likely have to wait until you receive the order

Just to point out that if you do a little work of selling the S7+ tablet, you can come out even. The tablet itself was about $220ish after the bundle discount and coupons so if you turn around to sell that for $400-500 then your S21 Ultra would be close to $0.
