steps were standard:
1. Found a lower price deal on amazon.com
2. ordered Note 20 from samsung.com
3. Chatted to agent for price-match and got a reference id to contact again once product ships
4. contacted them 2-days back when i got an email that order shipped with the reference id and they submitted the request for price-match refund at their end.
5. got an email today that price-match refund is coming to my CC.

Got same response of weather affecting order.
Then told them to cancel and they said my order is already in processing and can't be canceled.
They just told me to refuse the delivery of my order when it arrives.

There must be someone on here with past experience. Phone works, clean but unsure if Samsung will accept it.
but it would still be better deal in terms of money.
please don't quote me on if s21 ultra is better phone than note 20 ultra or not.
Yes, I cancelled 3 orders via chat successfully, LOL. Don't ask why...
All you have to do is to insist that they manually message their team to cancel the order. Don't accept the refuse delivery bs.
