Yes, I can swear by these for hangover cures. You can take one, if your not to inebriated to remember, before you go to bed and/or a soon as you wake up with a glass of water you'll be great!
It tastes horrible so have water ready for the aftermath. Sometimes I let it sit for a bit under tongue to get into the bloodstream faster. (I'm just guessing that works though)
As a warning, they are powdered so it's awful to swallow. I put a little drink in my mouth then pour the BC in on top and swallow quickly, you won't taste it much.
The caffeine is there if I'm not mistaken because many headaches are due to caffeine withdrawal.

I've tried a lot of different ways of taking these, I recommend:
Open up the sleeve and slide all powder contents on your tongue, and already have a Sprite with a straw at the ready. The straw helps push the powder off your tongue quickly so you don't have to taste it too much.

I swear by Advil cold and sinus gel caps. They are sometimes behind the counter with pharmacists. I have horrible sinus issues. I'd start with one but you can take two if you suffer really badly.
