A user previously posted about an unlock code for the Metro phone for cheap but I sincerely doubt it. I haven't heard of anybody having success in unlocking recent Metro phones unless done via hacking phone with PC.
Good call on the Power deal. That would be my pick if I wanted a phone that is actually usable immediately.
With the Google fi Ace deal (paying), it seems to me that you receive the Google fi credit on the 2nd month just like I did in the past purchase in November. With the Google fi Power, it seems on the 3rd month.

I've always been using a microSD card in my phones for storing pictures/video. I would do so even if I had a 128GB phone. From a bad experience before, I lost all pictures/video on a phone after the phone got wet and couldn't be started up anymore. I think there are more chances to recover data from a memory card than from a phone that goes bad.
On my current 64GB phone, I still have 31GB free. Maybe I'm not a big apps user so I was thinking I didn't really need a 128GB phone.

That all said, I ordered several of the Moto G Power phones for me and others to use, and I'm kind of re-thinking whether I should have ordered the Stylus for myself now. Maybe I will order one on a new account and re-sell the Power.
