I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.
These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that
At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

But in the end I was told that my purchase is eligible to PM and gave me the reference # but no PM amount was given.
I ordered via EPP and with all the bundle discounts, I am not even sure what was the actual price was on that day. I meant the price before the discounts. I'm hoping the PM mount can be $200 like the saving shown on B&H page. We will see in 2 days according to CSR.
It doesn't say not in stock or temporarily out of stock but it also doesn't specifically say "In Stock" so not sure if they will agree to PM or not in this case.

And you PM'd it with verizon version from samsung or the unlocked version?
Also, they don't let me select the phone in the order anymore when I try to restart the chat and get a good chat transcript for when the phone is shipped

As such the Samsung $1049.99 price in my case is actually less the $85 promo discount, and then less $19.71 Workplace Discount and also less another $18.73 promo coupon discount that was applied so basically the Samsung price they are charging for the phone is $926.55 (leave any trade-in discount out of the equation). Amazon price is $799.99 so they very well can come back (which I have heard often happens) with only the difference of $926.55-$799.99 =$126.56 (or something close to this effect) as the price match reduction that actually gets refunded to the credit card.
This is why I have been asking so many questions as to what was actually refunded back versus a CSR indicating an amount. Also one rep I chatted at length to said he will submit it at the full amount but it is up to $250 which leaves wiggle room for bean counters to drop down. I'm sure there are cases where full amount is given and others where it isn't so guess need to ask yourself if you feel lucky or willing to accept a less PM reduction or return order.
