Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

I read through this whole thread just to be entertained by the trolls and Apple fanboy posers trying to talk fellow SD members out of a Samsung phone purchase for mostly non-valid, non-relevant and/or biased reasons. And guess what, they seem to have failed miserably. I do not know what compels Applebots, and I will thrown in Sony Playstation fanboys, to go into Samsung and Xbox threads and pose as non-biased customers concerned about their fellow SD members when their real intent is to slander a product they did not buy and mislead potential customers away from Samsung phone and the xbox.

If you notice, almost everyone in this thread who actually owns a Samsung s20 or s21 says it is a great phone that is worth the purchase. And then almost everyone who says the s21 and s20 sucks does not own one. The killer comment though is when these posers who add no value to the SD site say that the multitude of positive online Samsung s21 reviews are either fake or paid for. At this point, the top phones are pretty much the same regardless of vendor. If you offered me an iPhone max vs. Galaxy Ultra for the same price, I'd probably flip a coin. I don't know why people still argue over which is best. IMO, just pick the one with the best price and call it a day. I ordered the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. I don't use wired headphones anymore and with cloud storage becoming more prominent, I don't care about SD slots. And with this deal, we had the option to include our choice of high-end Bluetooth ear buds, power adapters and much more for free. Pretty sweet deal if you ask me. I'm very impressed with the camera. I took a picture of my kids playset in the backyard from one of my upstairs bedrooms that's on the back of the house....took a picture with the S21 and G8. After you take the picture and view it in the gallery, you can zoom in on the S21 picture and it's much more detailed than doing the same with the G8 picture.
