Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

Just tried to price match with Samsung via live chat and was also told to contact them once my order has been delivered. I took a screenshot and wrote down the reference # just in case.

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

sorry i am little bit confused, both Samsung and Amazon prices ($799.99 after $130 discount) are the same for S7+ 256GB, how does PM works here?

So I ended up getting the s21 brown ultra 256 gb model but it does not look like samsung will price match since the model number does not match any of the references. Bummer, might just go ahead and cancel.

Yes, I got the refund. I had followed up again with reference chat id's after order is shipped. The refund came to the CC the following day. Both price match and 10% It was quick. The 10% is only for the phone and not for the entire order.

Ordered S21 Ultra Black 256GB on February 23rd. Shipped March2nd. Did a chat on March 2nd for price match with bhphoto, the chat rep states the order is eligible for price match and provided a 7 digit reference number.
"i will raise the request for price match to our concern team, the team will get back to you with 2 business day via email notification"
When I ask how much is the price match, the rep replied "Team will calculate the refund amount and you will receive the email notification".

Let's hope the refund is $250. $1250 Samsung.com price - $999 Amazon, Bhphoto price.

Got email for price match refund $250 on March 5th. Credit card shows $250 refund pending.

S21 ultra 256gb, black, tab s7+, 25w charger, extra smarttag. Total = 761+tax

Finally shipped yesterday, slated to arrive tomorrow. I requested price match yesterday night, was told that activate now price won't be matched. After a lot of back and forth, I settled on price match against amazon current price of 999 and was told I'll get 250 back on original payment (email confirmation will be sent today).
No email yet. Got a refund of 7.49 posted to my credit card today. Fingers crossed - but seems to be going in the wrong direction so far.

Edit: forgot to mention 550 trade in credit for s10 fe

I did. However, today when I tried to follow up on my promised price match request after my s7+ got shipped, the rep said that it was a miscommunication and the tablet cannot be price matched since it's already discounted as a part of bundled deal. I confirmed with her again that I'll still get s21 ultra price matched.

I did both pricematch and 10% cancel refund within 30 mts. (right after I got shipment notification). Refunds came before shipment delivery.
