I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.
These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that
At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

Ordered Feb 22. Tablet received 3/3. Phone started from Irwing, TX (took 3 days after label creation for fedex to pick up. Label was created 2/28), was supposed to be delivered 3/4 but then got stuck in Memphis, TN and was sitting there, finally departed from there now. Received refund confirmation email on 3/4 for 250 refund, refund initially posted as pending, then disappeared and then posted fully (not pending anymore) just now. Trade in email was sent on 3/2 (before original expected delivery date) and that email started the trade in clock, which isn't ideal as I still haven't received the phone.
Trade-In S9 - 350$
Samsung CB 10% - 50$ (Maybe from R10)
S21 256GB - 500$
Galaxy Buds Live - 0$
25W Wall Charger - 0$
YoutTube premium - 0$
Total with Taxes - 530$

They initially promised the price match, but (it's shipped now) I got refused to get the price match from the Amazon because I got some other promotions like adds-on credit and trade-in.
It could even be worse if the customer is now outside the return window and has no recourse, so is therefore $250 shy of what was promised, if that is in fact the case.
