Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

Just tried to price match with Samsung via live chat and was also told to contact them once my order has been delivered. I took a screenshot and wrote down the reference # just in case.

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

Well just got a 10% refund for not canceling and a $250 price match, both showing up back on credit card. on my wife's S21+ 256gb so my otd trading in her Note 10 was $173 and I got 4 pairs of galaxy bud pros

They said 24 to 48 hours to get a confirmation email, I literally got it on the 48th hour from the rep and a automated Samsung email minutes later stating the $250.

Same here. Samsung is trying to block all PMs. I was promised 5 times that I'd get $250 PM once the phone is shipped. Today the rep told me that they stopped doing PM. I'll let my credit card get involved if Samsung doesn't honor it.
