Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

Just tried to price match with Samsung via live chat and was also told to contact them once my order has been delivered. I took a screenshot and wrote down the reference # just in case.

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

Got the same thing about PM is disabled. I hope this doesn't affect my order for my s21 ultra as it hasn't shipped yet. Sounds like there was too much price matching and they are stopping it.

My PM was approved previously (at least in chat) so hopefully it will still work. The agent on chat wasn't really sure but said I should get an email about it tomorrow.

I received by S21 5G 2 days ago and I inserted T-mobile sim card. Sometimes I can not hear people even after the call connects. They can hear me fine. After restarting the phone the problem goes away but it comes back again. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Would be helpful to know where the PM's are being denied now.....I had one processed last night (refund received) on one part of order, waiting for the other PM refund (already did the 2 chats that are usually necessary, one to get it started before phone ships, and the other to get it processed after the phone shipped, and both the chats went fine so hopefully it goes through, don't want to have send back again.
