Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

Just tried to price match with Samsung via live chat and was also told to contact them once my order has been delivered. I took a screenshot and wrote down the reference # just in case.

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

Are you sure you can even get your preapproved PM hornored? I placed my order on Feb 23rd and my first PM was approved before March 1st and I have a few more transcripts to confirm the PMs. My phone was shipped yesterday and today they told me they can't do PM any more. Obviously, transcripts cannot guarantee you receive the PM.

I'm hoping that my PM request is followed through once my phone ships. I ordered the phone March 4th and made the request for the PM on the 5th and the CS rep said that I had to follow up with the ticket number once it ships

Since you already have a pre-approved pm with a ticket number, just ask them to "process the refund with the ticket number xxxxxxx". Be wise, and don't even mention the word "pm" to them...

Yeah, the thing is that the agents in live chat are not those who determine the outcome of the refund - their backend team is. My request was sent to their team in backend today, but I doubt they'll approve it.

What's going on guys.. Looks like Samsung is only giving the 200 out of the promised 250 quoting a "promo/rebate was applied during your order". Did anyone face this issue? What are the options here?

same for me, chatted to verify pm. forwarded to other team. my s21u didn't ship yet but the tablet did. getting paranoid that they might cancel my order so i won't chat with them again until it ships. Did your s21u ship?
