Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

Just tried to price match with Samsung via live chat and was also told to contact them once my order has been delivered. I took a screenshot and wrote down the reference # just in case.

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

We have revised our price match policy and we no longer offering price match with our competitors. We cannot price match with competitors and we can only price match for the order if the price of the product decreased on Samsung.com within 15 days from the he placed the order or date of delivery

This is the reply that I got.

If they do not price match as earlier promised , then only option is to report the order as fraud to my Credit Card.

Wait for the OnePlus 9 Pro.

I bought a OnePlus 8 Pro after my Galaxy 10+ started having issues and it was a wonderful upgrade. I normally buy a phone every two years but I might rethink that after this next stimulus check.

I accidentally dropped my S21 plus phone and a car ran by. Front screen has no problems. Apps works, WiFi works, Fingerprint works, and touch screen works. The problem is the back is cracked and it doesnt detect the sim card anymore. Do they let me exchange the phone? Return and replace a new phone?

I wonder if that affects previously agreed upon pricematches. They updated their price match page .

Do you price match?
At this time, Samsung.com does not offer price matching.

Just got notification that my March 2 order just shipped- originally said March 23 to ship the S21 Ultra 256GB. Phone expected Mar 16, S7+ expected Mar 15. I may actually ask for the pre-approved PM in store credit because my current total is just over $1000 to trigger my AMEX Plat $200 back deal.

Does anyone know if Samsung will do an exchange if the phone is defective? I received a defective phone. I have already sold free headphone. If I only return the phone I only get $30 back. Online there is no option to exchange the phone.

Nice! which s21 ultra 256 did you order? I placed my order on Feb 27 for the black 256 gb, still hasnt shipped... getting anxious. LOL


Data point for everyone: Both of my previous approved pricematches are still eligible for even though one of the orders hasn't shipped yet. Verified with agent over chat. One phone was delivered today and they verified $250 PM (s21+) just now. Very very happy.

I was ready to kill samsung over this but now I am a happy customer laugh out loud

Check your credit card for accident/cellphone insurance, maybe even your homeowners insurance policy. Other than that you're SOL.

Nice! I have the 21u, was going to swap for the Plus but without PM it's not a viable option. Seems like they took a bath on the tablet/phone combos from a few weeks ago...
