Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

If you ask PM more than what you paid for the tablet (probably around $65 for S7+ 256GB) you will never get the refund. New chat again and ask promo instead.

Tablet final price came out to $150 for me since the $100 accessory credit applied to my Buds Pro. So I'm hoping it will work.

Yes. They haven't officially cancelled the order, the status is 'shipped' or something and they charged me the full amount. They likely will cancel it once they get it back.

Another problem, got 250 return yesterday. Today transferred everything from old phone. New phone had update abd after 5-10 mins phone is dead. No turning on , no vibration tried keys soft reset not working. Anyone facing same thing?

My phone also has an issue. Sometimes I can not hear the other person on the call. They can hear me clear. I hear pin drop silence so it is not a low volume issue. Restarting the phone resolves it. I am not sure if Samsung exchanges a defective phone in the return period. If I return the phone I get only $32 back.

They ask for return refund and place new order, better contact product support to get issue resolved without return

I didn't need to argue for it. I'm assuming because I didn't try to PM the S7+ as well.

That means my total order of a S21 Ultra 256GB Black, S7+ Tablet 256GB Silver, Trading in an iPhone 7
= $1,016.46, then I get $200 back on my AMEX, and another $250 in store credit.

That's insane- I know other people stretched the rules a bit (I'm being charitable) to save even more, but I just nabbed arguably the best Android flagship phone available, with a top of the line $600-800 Android tablet (that I will likely resell), trading in a 4.5 y.o. phone nobody was using for a total of $816.46, $80+ back in CB through StickyBeePoo and $250 in store credit. I'm super happy!

I was able to get a $200 refund for a standard S21 128gb and $110 refund for the s7 256gb.
