I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.
These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that
At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

It's so frustrating now.
I video the whole remove accounts, IMEI, factory reset, boot up, packing the phone in bubble wrap, packing the box with shipping label. Just in case trade in gave me any trouble.

And for what it's worth... I requested PM yesterday and got confirmation that it was accepted today. Took about 24 hours. I paid in full for this service though since I had three different chats where the CSR said they would give me $200 back so they would have been off their rockers to deny. I was also promised an extra $50 back and it's radio silence on that. I give up. Too much effort and hassle to chase the last few dollars. I'm calling it good at this point.

1) I was "promised" a price match back on March 5 but was told to come back after the item shipped (which it finally did earlier this week). However, I had the chat e-mailed to me but it never went through... (crap!)
2) I made a few attempts via chat and phone to get the price match going but every rep had the same speal about the price match policy being changed. None of them were able to find the chat conversation I had on the 5th. The best any rep would offer me was 10% discount off the whole order (this is pretty much the discount you get from doing the "cancellation" trick). I took it.
3) A reddit thread I was browsing regarding this deal suggested that if you are bored/determined to get a price match then keep connecting to a different Samsung rep and one will eventually grant you the price match "just this one time."
Well, I thought I'd give it one last try by using the logic "I placed this order BEFORE the policy was changed... etc." and the first rep I talked to tonight ended up going through his manager for approval but it was still denied, lol. Fortunately for me, this rep was at least able to find my chat conversation from the 5th and proceeded to process the price match for me (eta 1-3 business days).
That's my experience. Those eagered enough could give #3 a try.
