I'm sitting on it as I type, I got it during one of the previous promos. Great chair at this price. I'm 5'10" and the neck rest is just right. Two DYI improvements, if I may suggest:

1) unscrew and flip the top part of the armrest backwards, your arms will thank you when you're reclined all the way

2) get some good quality rubber caster wheels for 20 bucks on Amazon, your floors will thank you Smilie

That is subjective. However, this chair is much more supportive than a typical faux leather chair and will help prevent and/or relieve back pain over time. Please note, this chair is only ideal for >5'7" and at least average width. Smaller folks should go with the Hyken instead.

I tried it in-store. It has surprisingly nice recline once you adjust the tilt tension properly.

It does not. The depth is listed at 18.3". For reference, the Hyken is listed at 16.8" and feels much smaller.

I just picked mine up instore for my online order. I tried to sit on the Hyken and that was way too small for me. This model is a lot larger.

I actually really like my Dexley, as much as my Aeron, Not Even Close. But a heck of a "Bang for the Buck".

This is for sure the case. Dexley is suited for >5'7" and at least average width. Hyken is suited for <5'7" and at most average width.

Login to your online account and initiate the chat with the agent. Tell them you tried to sign up for text notification to get promo code. Then tell you tried but didn't get any code. That's all.
