For any one that got on the deal before this coupon like I did. Call then now. You have 48 hours to let them know that you forgot to put the coupon and they will credit the $20 difference. Have the code ready when asked and your order number.

I'm sitting on it as I type, I got it during one of the previous promos. Great chair at this price. I'm 5'10" and the neck rest is just right. Two DYI improvements, if I may suggest:

1) unscrew and flip the top part of the armrest backwards, your arms will thank you when you're reclined all the way

2) get some good quality rubber caster wheels for 20 bucks on Amazon, your floors will thank you Smilie

Lol how curved is your back. The entire back rest is adjustable with the bolts, perhaps you slid the thing too far forward before tightening it down and need it the other way around. I like the back support so I use it in the forward position but you may need it further back. That or you have it set too high.
Yeah, I have the seat back all the way back with the bolts adjusted as you describe. I think I just sit far back on the seat bottom so the lumbar protruding forward like it does doesn't allow me to sit up straight without hitting it with my lower back. Maybe I need to adjust where I'm sitting.

Got my chair in today and a little disappointed. The chair does not lock when reclined. That's a bummer!
Not trying to argue, just genuine curiosity: why would you want it to lock in the reclined position?

using the chair for the first time since it arrived. Not a big fan of the lumbar support, I agree it does seem agressive. maybe just have to find the right spot for it to be at. I use a Herman Miller Aeron chair at work...this is by no means that. However it appears to be a very decent chair for the money. More comfortable than the kitchen table chair i'd been using for months for sure.

I still can't figure out how to sit on the chair without the lumbar not being a pain. I've adjusted where the seat back is positioned, where I sit, etc.

For those have gotten it, do you think its short?
I want to keep it but need it a little higher. Any suggestions?

I'm 6'1". For me, adjusted to its highest position, it's the perfect height for a typical (30" tall) desk. In fact, the height seems pretty much the same as other desk chairs I own.

Reversing the armrests stopped it from bumping into the edge of my desk all the time, excellent!

How do you get your recline is a fix position? I can recline the chair but can't get it stay there.

You can't. But just out of curiosity, why would you want to do that?

I see. I do that a few times a day, it helps me think. I hold it in the reclined position with my own weight, and it doesn't bother me or hurt my back.

When you say reverse armrest....do you mean put the (Right) armrest where the (Left) armrest should do, and vice versa?
