I've never bought tires from Walmart. I'm assuming this price doesn't include installation. Am I right?

I just bought these tires last night from Discount Tire. 215/55/16 size, but they were $90 each and were eligible for $125 mail in rebate on the set of 4, which brings the after rebate total to $58.75 per tire. Rebates end 2/28.

Install with lifetime balancing is $21 per tire. If your local location doesn't have them in stock, they ship them directly to the store and you make an appointment online.

I strongly do not recommend these tires. I had them on my 2007 Toyota Camry and they were horrible to drive during the rain.
