Even though they're marked as "fair", I would assume many of these are floor models and the associates are just trying to clear them from the stock so they mark them as fair to get them off the floor. In 2019 I bought a $900 Vizio TV for $330 because the location was clearing space for new TV's and had too many previous generation models on the floor. That said, they could be damaged from being floor models.
I believe should come with the full manufacturer warranty, but when I purchased my TV Vizio declined me twice on a warranty until I had Best Buy contact them for me. Vizio said the warranty began when Best Buy began using it as a floor model. BB denied that and in the end Vizio covered the warranty.

Almost certain it's the floor model in my case, a few other Samsung sound bars also have the same satisfactory condition, open box availability at the same store. Probably not a coincidence lol.
There's one SL10YG in excellent condition near the Bay Area, but reviews are iffy for a two year old unit: https://www.rtings.com/soundbar/r.../lg/sl10yg
