Correct - the only differentiator now is TDP, which manufacturers often aren't disclosing. Still, lots of folks still call the low-power variants "Max-Q" and the high-power variants "Max-P" for simplicity's sake.

because nvidia decided to start hiding the TDP from consumers, vs at least giving them an indicator what TDP range it was. they still exist exactly as before the difference is now you don't get to know what you get unless you do in-depth research on it.

Two major drawbacks:
1) 4c 8t CPU? nope....
2) The 3070 has lower wattage compared to a friend's Zephyrus 15 3070 which has 100w
