Looking at the previous deals, it looks like they haven't dropped down to that price since 2019 and it was only for the holiday shopping season.
$127 is a pretty good price if you are in the market for one of these. I moved away from a Keurig to this and I love it. I especially love all the tea options that it has. I have always wanted to drink more tea, but I always find it a hassle for some reason because I don't know all the time and temps or measurements. This makes it so much easier. If mine broke I would definitely buy this same model again.
Also, they make it with two carafe types. The glass carafe or the stainless steel carafe. The main difference as far as the machine is the glass carafe version has a heating plate that you can turn on and off to keep things warm. The steel carafe version does not. Personally, I got the glass carafe version just for that option even though I rarely use it.
I bought this exact same machine in July 2019. I use it 3-4 times a week and never had any issue with it, loving it till this day. It's an extremely versatile coffee machine on paper (you can see all the cool modes like "cold brew", "specialty", "tea brewing" etc.), but they're mostly gimmicks invented by Ninja. I'm in no way saying these functions are bad, but here's what you should know before buying (especially if you're considering this only because of these functions) :
1) "cold brew" mode is handy, but not true cold brew (obviously). It's pretty much soaking ground coffee in cold water for a few minutes. It's good for summer when I don't want to drink hot coffee but also don't want to dilute my coffee with ice. The flavor is a little weak compared to regular brew, presumably the same for caffeine too.
2) "specialty" mode is Ninja's gimmicky mode for ultra-concentrated coffee to mimic espresso shots. Unlike all other modes, this can only be made into a single shot size. Well, it is more concentrated, although not by much. It obviously also isn't true espresso which requires pressure. I've used it for a while to make latte etc. but now I just use the "rich" mode which brews the coffee for a bit longer than "classic" and tastes about the same as "specialty" with the option of making more coffee so I can have some later.
3) the tea brewing functionality is... not very practical. If you are a tea drinker you know that the same batch of tea leaves can be brewed a few times; each time you pour some hot water into the leaves, soak it for a while so the good flavors can seep into the water; the longer the leaves stay soaked, the more flavorful the tea becomes. This machine makes tea the same way it makes coffee: soak tea leaves in a little hot water for a minute, pour out the water, then soak them in a bit more water and repeat until you have a full cup. This means the tea only has a minute of brewing and tastes almost just like water. Every time I brewed tea with this machine, I feel like I wasted a bunch of tea leaves. I've tried the "rich" mode as well, which soaks it for a little longer, but at the end of the day, it's just more practical to boil some hot water and make tea in a regular cup/kettle.
4) I love the frother. You can use either hot milk or cold milk on it and it works wonder. This is actually one of my favorite parts of the machine. It's detachable so very easy to rinse out and clean.
These are my take on the machine and its various functions. Ultimately, it is a fantastic machine for brewed coffee--it is fast, reliable, easy to work with, with very minimal maintenance needed. The extra functions are fun to experiment with and maybe make something creative once in a while, but it's mostly gimmick in my opinion. I would still buy this machine knowing all this, but if you have a functional coffee maker but are considering this machine because of these extra functions, you might be disappointed.
TLDR: Fantastic, reliable machine that excels at brewing coffee. The extra functions are mostly gimmicks IMO. Don't buy just for these functions.
Why would you throw it away...? The replacement carafes have never been hard to find. Even the ninja website sells them if you can't find it on ebay. Or just use any other carafe that will fit, or even just a mug for single servings... Why would you throw away a coffee maker for something so inconsequential?

These usually go on sale for $90-$100. Really good coffee maker and they worked out practically all the errors in the reviews from 2-3 years ago.

If you are going to buy the ninja, get the ones with a metal carafe. You can't buy the glass replacements. I just through my entire coffee maker in the trash because if it. After CV19 hit, their supply went to hell.

Yeah I noticed someone said that in a previous thread, but after researching, it looks like its been a while since it dropped to those prices. Anways you can get about $37 worth of Kohl's Cash and Rewards on top of this price:
$5 in-store pick up Kohl's Cash
$20 Kohl's Cash for March
$12.80 Kohl's Rewards
Not as good as real cash, but helps justify buying now rather than waiting around for a $100~ price again.
I got this exact model around Black Friday for about this price (I forget the specifics) and I wouldn't trade it in for anything. We love all the different specialty coffee options as well as the simplicity of brewing a half pot, full pot, or any specific size coffee cup or travel mug.

Quick search and found numerous sellers (including Amazon and Kohl's) selling the official glass carafe $24-27
EDIT: Nevermind, those are for the 43 oz carafes. This 50 oz one seems much harder to find
I too can vouch for this. My only complaint is that the thermal carafe doesn't seem to keep temperature very well. Other than that, very happy with it overall.

I got a cf301 on clearance for $60. Broke in 2 years, wouldn't brew. Sold the glass caraffe, tank, and baskets on ebay for more than I paid. Get the metal caraffe.

Absolutely love this coffee maker. We did away with Keurig a few years ago because the coffee was never string enough for us. A standard coffee maker was great until my husband and I wanted different types (he likes dark roast. I like medium).
It takes about a minute to make an XL mug of coffee and less time for smaller versions. Easy to clean and never leaks. We opted for the metal carafe because I always break the glass ones 😬 and the warming plate doesn't matter to me. BBB had it on sale for $134 and that's with tax
