That configuration is a steal. When you get to the page you might look for a tab to pick the GPU. You won't find it. You have to change the CPU to change the GPU.
At that price this should be instant front page!

I know it's more expensive, but it is 100% a Max P 3070 with 16 GB of 3200 RAM, and a 5800H... and it's not HP. Don't have many good experiences with HP.

6GB vs 8GB: there may be some games with detail settings (or mods) that could push past 6GB even at 1080p. May cause some stuttering/low 1% fps?
Some programs (not games) may favor more CUDA, RT, Tensor cores, or memory bandwidth more than clock speeds.
I also wonder if Gigabyte A5 series is being delayed since the press release for the series that was on Gigabyte website is no longer available.
