All name/post title jokes aside, I have these shoes and love them. Very snug and secure fit around the foot. You might want to go 1/2 size up. Cushion is great. Traction is good. Ankle protection is ok. Because of the outer zip-up layer, the laces are a little awkward to get to. So, getting your foot in and out may be a bit cumbersome. For $60, these are great shoes. FWIW, the PG 5 is out now, so the PG 4 are on sale and being clearanced.
