For those who already own this, how long are the wires for the the two back speakers to the sub? I most likely have to snake them along the wall and was wondering if there was enough length.
I found the answer to this question over on Best Buy's site and the response from Vizio was 26 feet.

Dont have the option to have the rear speakers placed behind me.

Anyone use this with the sound bar and two speakers placed right under the TV?

Does this distort anything? Or does it sound better than just using the sound bar without the rears?

I'm torn - I bought this last month on the same deal from Costco.

It's loud. The sub is surprisingly effective for how small it is. Surround sound is great. It's a good entry level unit.

Aside from the sound cut out that has been addressed with firmware, it also has a flaw where the sub is constantly making noise. It's fine during really loud stuff, but during dialogue, it's infuriating. My girlfriend was the first to notice it - just sounds like a gentle rain all the time when the source volume is low. It's not a frequency response issue. It can't be unheard once you pick up on it. Reddit said to turn down the sub volume, which stinks, and I did and to put the unit in "Video Game" on the EQ. This mostly takes care of the issue, but it sure would be nice to be able to crank the sub and to put it in the intended equalization/effects mode that was intended for the source.

It's a good value if you aren't sensitive with the above, but the issue does kind of kill it.

The costco thread mentioned that the wires are 17 feet.

Just a warning: With my Vizio TV this setup has visible lip-sync lag if you feed it 5.1 via HDMI-ARC. If you force it to stereo in the TV it's fine. Not sure if it's a problem with it being re-encoded in the TV (no pass-through mode) or the speakers take too long to decode 5.1. Either way, I just put the sub up front and am using it in 2.1 stereo mode. I have a full up home theater in the basement if I want surround anyway.

My sony tv and vizio sound bar hate each other every few days on hdmi arc. Usually the sound bar thinks another source is playing. But it's never intermittent like you mention.
