If only I had an AMD cpu but I just bought an Intel 10850K lol If this were a z490 or z490 I'd snatch this right up tho.

I like this board but it is missing the USB-C header for the front panel. Does have a high speed header.

That's exactly how Intel still makes its money even though CPUs are priced this low - the Z490s are still expensive AF and rarely go on sale. The 10850k+Asus Prime-A Z490 for $500 was the killer deal.

I think we all miss the days of nvidia north and south ridge systems. Core2duo was the beginning of an erra and sadly 14nm was the end, but wait there's more ++++++++++++

Building my first pc, should I get the motherboards that have wifi or start this off?Is it worth getting the wifi ones? Looking to get a Ryzen cpu good enough to stream and game so 8 cores?

For wifi, it's super easy to just buy a wifi card for a non-wifi motherboard for around $20, plus wifi cards are (in general) more reliable than integrated mobo wifi.
For cpu, you can look at some reviews to determine what's best for you but for what it's worth, I would say you could stream with any of the newest AMD cpus just fine (even 5600x which is 6-core). Just a matter of getting one in stock

I chose one with wifi cheaper in the long run, its integrated so dont have to take up spots and I also build small M-ATX this is full size so less of an issue. The built in works great so not sure what Hilarious is smoking, been using intergrated boards for over 4 years now with no issues.

Fair point. I was assuming the asker isn't planning on using 2 gpus or anything like that. Didn't mean to knock integrated wifi, I just think it's only worth it if it's less than $20 more

I'm with you on M-ATX. Once I got the 5600x I was eyeing the Tuff B550 wifi right away. Guess I got tunnel visioned by ROG.
