I'd like to have a good backup for my Cpap and "BigBlue" should do the trick but for less money I think you could do better?

So it would seem it's 10.91c kwh. But you have to add 11.40 customer charge to that and tax .... and it comes to about actual charge is .16kwh for me too.
Easy way to do it is take my utility bill for the month I used 303kWh.
my bill is 50.53 for the month.
So 50.53 divided by 303 equals 0.16c per kWh.
